Your criteria.
Our starting point.
A good fit means different things to different investors. The neighborhoods, property types, acquisition range, and condition you’re comfortable with all matter.
We start there. Tell us what you’re looking for, so the conversation can be specific from the beginning.
A longer horizon.
A more focused search.
- Preferred neighborhoods

Your criteria guide the research. Every property needs its own review.
The way we work

Then find the signal.
Clear expectations make better conversations. Our approach begins with listening and builds from there.
First, understand the criteria
What does a good fit look like to you?
Start with where you buy, the property types you consider, your approximate acquisition range, and whether you’re open to off-market opportunities. A useful buyer profile makes those details clear.
Start with a little context
Let’s make the
conversation count.
Buying an investment property? Build a short profile of what you’re looking for. Have a property to discuss? Choose “Property inquiry” to outline the details.
Share the areas and property types you’re targeting so we can assess fit.
Prepare your details, review them, and send your inquiry. Sharing an inquiry does not reserve a property or commit you to a transaction.

A few useful answers

A straightforward introduction to BrickSignal and what happens next.
What does BrickSignal do?
BrickSignal focuses on real estate investor research and off-market deal sourcing. We begin by understanding active investors and their buying criteria, then use those criteria to focus property research and conversations.
What is a buyer profile or “buy box”?
It’s a short description of the properties you would consider buying: your locations, property types, approximate purchase price, and preferences. It helps both sides quickly understand whether a future opportunity might fit.
Can I share criteria for multiple markets?
Yes. Include the cities, neighborhoods, or ZIP codes in your buying criteria. We’ll discuss your preferences and assess the fit before moving forward.
Can I see available properties here?
This site introduces BrickSignal and helps investors describe their criteria. It does not display live property listings. If a specific opportunity is discussed in the future, its availability, details, and transaction structure will be addressed separately.
Does sharing my criteria commit me to anything?
No. A buyer profile is an introduction. It does not reserve a property or commit either party to a purchase. Any future transaction would be discussed on its own terms.
Can I introduce a property?
Yes. Choose “Property inquiry” in the profile builder and outline the address, property type, condition, and your connection to it. Preparing an inquiry does not create an offer or promise a transaction.
